Our consulting approach is based on the science of effective goal setting (see some of the underlying research here). We’ll help you identify and overcome your challenges with behavioural science and a sustainable plan for change.
Once we have mapped your target behaviors with all their obstacles, we’ll gather real life data and research to come up with the most effective plan for you. And after some rounds of A/B testing, we will roll it out and scale it up.
Behaviour happens when opportunity, motivation and capability align (COM-B model). Most organizations try to make their goals happen by targeting motivation. In some situations that can be a valid solution. In most real-world cases, it is much more effective to increase opportunities and capabilities to change behavior. Put differently: make new behavior happen by making it as easy as possible. We’ll spell out your underlying visions and challenges to add depth. This process is based on the Behaviour Change Wheel, one of the most rigorous methodologies to achieve behavioural change developed by the Center for Behaviour Change at University College London.

Over the last decade, he has successfully applied his skills and knowledge in diverse settings, including education in Germany, sanitation in India, social media content creation (e.g. consulting influencer teams). He has launched his own impactful initiatives in the LGBTQIA+ and education scene.
